Minutes
The minutes of the June meeting were accepted, proposed Hindley seconded Haresfinch after the date for this meeting had been changed to 11 July and not 13th.
Matters Arising.
The Three Counties Committee would like to run an under 19s competition. This issue is again on their agenda for their next meeting.
Secretary

BARLA AGM was held on 24 June. Votes for 2 places out of 3 nominees for BARLA Youth Representatives, were flawed and therefore these votes will be taken again at a meeting in September.
Channel M. After a brief discussion, delegates thought that the £400.00 could be more wisely spent.
Handouts. PLEASE READ!! Please also note that the dates for September and June are incorrect. Meetings are always held on the second Wednesday of the month except in December and May.
RESPECT Campaign Meeting: This will be held on Thursday 12 July . It is possible we will all know more re the temporary fencing and high visibility jackets then.
Treasurer
In order to make it easier for the treasurer and chairman to manage the accounts, the system of Bonds will cease with immediate effect. Everyone is now up to date.
The league will pay cup entry fees instead.
Outstanding joining fees are now due from: Widnes St Maries,
Registrations and Transfers
Please read the hand out. Please ensure that you send 3 first class stamps with registration forms. No stamps will force a delay in processing and cards will not be available until the next monthly meeting.
There is one Registration pad per club available, although after Friday more supplies will be available to any one who wants one.
Fixture Secretary
Fixtures will be out at the next meeting.
Reminder that results must be sent in by SMS (Mobile phone text) to Jackie. She is not available on her landline at any time on a Sunday.
Results can be communicated to Hilary by either method.
Do not attempt to contact Jackie during the day by phone - she has a full time job which necessitates her full attention. It is possible that e mails may be answered.
You may ring her land line or mobile number after
Friendlies. No problem but must all be notified to Hilary c.c. Jackie of the venue and opposition. Team sheets must be completed and sent to Hilary. Last season's cards will be OK until 15 August - after that date all cards must be for season 2007 - 08.
Discipline Secretary
This league operates a zero tolerance rule towards foul and abusive language. All present were asked to warn their players that the use of foul language on the pitch is inappropriate. Delegates were also warned that anyone who is abusive to a referee will receive at least an 8 match suspension.
Please note that disciplinary meetings are always held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month at Rylands recreation club in
Brian Edwards will be giving out bibs at the next meeting. Saddleworth and Orrell St James to returnone set each.
