Acceptable Usage Policy.
By registering an account you agree to follow this policy (the AUP), which includes private messages and emails sent via the site as well as postings made in public areas.
The Policy:
The NWC Youth 16-18s forum is an online area for fans and supporters to interact in thoughtful, intelligent and reasoned debate on topics to do with the leagues. We hope you find the forum to be informative, helpful and entertaining and require all users to adhere to the usage policy. Using the forum implies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this policy.
We recognise the right to freedom of expression, but with that right comes a responsibility to respect the feelings of others. It's not necessary to use inflammatory language to express strongly held views.
This site is used by people from all over the world, representing a wide range of views and age groups. Most people understand and apply acceptable standards of behaviour and language when using a service such as the forum and we ask our users to first observe some common sense when posting.

Terms of Service
i. Registered users are responsible for their own posts, messages posted on the forum are solely the opinion and responsibility of the person posting the message. NWC Youth 16-18s is not responsible for messages left by forum users. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact forum moderators immediately. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
ii. Posting any of the following is cause for immediate post removal and/or suspension from the site. Other inappropriate postings not listed may also warrant removal and/or suspension from the site. Users must not:
a. Post material containing profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, or threats of violence.
b. Post insulting remarks of other forum users, committee members, club officials or players.
c. Post copyrighted items without the permission of the copyright owner.
d. Post contact information about another individual without their explicit consent.
e. Posting material (graphic or text) that is obscene, pornographic or adult in nature.
f. Posting material with the intent to impersonate another user through the use of similar IDs.
g. Advertise products or services without the prior consent of the forum moderators.
h. Incite disorder or publish any material, which would amount to instructions concerning illegal activities.
iii. The use of false registration information or creating multiple accounts for use on the forum for the purpose of disruption or to avoid detection may result in permanent sanction or suspension of all associated registrations.
iv. The forum moderator reserves the right to remove any post without warning or further notice.
v. Forum moderator may suspend any member from the forum who has been previously warned of usage violations, though we reserve the right to suspend a member immediately depending on the violation.
vi. Membership of the forum is at the discretion of forum moderators, RugbyLeague.org administrators and NWC Youth 16-18s. If you disagree with the decision of a moderator you should contact them via private message to discuss their actions. Starting new threads, or posting on existing threads, to complain is prohibited
The Acceptable Usage Policy is non-negotiable.
We have created this forum at the request of league members. Please respect the rules, the boards and other users. If that proves too difficult the forum will be removed.
There are two options for anyone using the site: either follow the rules, whether you like them or not, or stay away.
We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior consent of forum users.
